It is important for instructors to progress or regress each exercise as needed, to keep the participant safe, challenged and successful. Balance Exercises on the BOSU ® Ballast ® Ball . "Strength" and "Balance" are hot topics for aging adults. This sequence brings them both together in an endurance set that adds variety and enhances proprioception and stabilization. Perform each drill for 60 - 90 seconds. Repeat for up to 3 sets. Use the BOSU ® Ballast ® Ball, BOSU ® Balance Trainer and BOSU ® Soft Fitness Ball complete these exercises.
